Privacy controls are being rebuilt against the backend. During the controlled pilot, support handles export, deletion, and consent requests instead of unsupported self-service controls.
Manual privacy process is active
The previous in-product controls called routes that are not available in the launch backend. Submit requests through support while the audited self-service workflow is rebuilt.
Export or access request
Request a copy of account, commission, policy, producer, and operational records tied to your agency account.
Deletion or retention request
Ask for account closure, deletion review, or retention details for data we are legally required to keep.
Consent and cookie request
Update consent questions, cookie preferences, or communication preferences through support during pilot.
Submit a request
Include your agency name, account email, requested action, and any affected records. Support will confirm identity before processing data-rights requests.
