Pilot Value Is Measured

Use a guided pilot to measure time spent on statement intake, review, matching, split calculation, payout preparation, and dispute research against your actual carrier data.

Paid rollout decisions should be based on pilot evidence, not generic savings claims.

Common Questions

What counts as a 'commission line'?

A commission line is each individual policy commission entry on a carrier statement. If a statement lists 100 policy commissions, that's 100 lines. Chargebacks and adjustments each count as separate lines.

What happens if I exceed my included lines?

Pilot and enterprise agreements define included usage and any overage rates up front. Usage tracking is available, and self-serve billing automation is part of the launch-readiness work.

Can I change plans as my agency grows?

Yes. During the guided pilot, plan changes are handled with your account team. Self-serve plan changes will be enabled after the billing lifecycle is fully wired.

Is there a trial or pilot?

Yes. We are running guided pilots with no live ACH/direct-deposit requirement. We'll help you upload sample or agency-approved statements and prove the workflow before any paid rollout.

What if I have more than 5,000 lines per month?

Enterprise plans can be scoped around higher monthly volumes. Contact us for custom pricing and an implementation plan that matches your carrier mix and data volume.

Do you integrate with my AMS?

CSV import/export is the supported launch path. We have AMS migration and integration experience, but direct AMS sync is scoped as a custom implementation project.

Upload an approved sample statement during a guided pilot. We'll show you what the workflow catches and what needs review before rollout.
